Interbrand to Use MAP, Heartbeat

We’ve got some really exciting news: Interbrand, a leading global brand consultancy, has selected our MAP and Heartbeat services to monitor, measure, understand and engage with the social media landscape. Interbrand will use Heartbeat and MAP within its North American offices.

MAP is Sysomos’ flagship social media analytics service, delivering insight into the key social media conversations, why they’re happening and who’s driving them, as well as sentiment and geo-demographics. Heartbeat is a flexible and robust social media monitoring and measurement service.
